+The character creation process presented in the books is confusing and more than a bit clunky.  To smooth character creation we're changing it to be a bit more like other splats.  Instead of having a two phase process the characters receive the following dots at character gen in one lump amount.

+Reborn are inherently creatures of internal conflict.  Between their past lives, their current life and the composite nature of their souls.  It is rare that all of those aspects align.  When they do, the Reborn is at his or her most powerful.  That moment, is called **ACCORD** and the entire scene shifts as the reborn moves in total harmony internally and externally.  A moment of **ACCORD** is when the reborn make good on the promises they have made, and when they can truly change the world.
