It's primary function is Time 4 Mind 1 Life 3 Data 2, it also has a secondary Time 4 Data 3 Mind 3 that will be explained later. The effect of the device is to raise a mind shield to protect the person who wears the glasses from mind effects embedded in internet/video streams.
